If you are visiting WNC with the consideration of relocating to the area, we want to guide you to see the best experience via an exploration itinerary. Our locally crafted itineraries will save you time and help you enjoy the best of the area from a WNC native. You won’t need to spend hours searching for your next restaurant, hike or activity – we will do the work for you – and it will be in the palm of your hand.

While you’re visiting, you can an add on ‘community conversation’ with Founder, Summer Stipe, where you can questions about local schools, faith community, recreation, volunteerism, etc. Additionally, if you haven’t already found one, we can connect you with a local real estate agent that meets your needs & personality. We have a list of trusted & knowledgeable agents.

Exploration Itinerary 

For the visitor who wants the best local experience.
Starting at $150 (2-day itinerary)

Here’s how it works:

1. You fill out a 5-10 minute questionnaire telling us all about you (and your partner/family).
2. We’ll schedule a 15 minute follow-up phone call or zoom (your choice!) to clarify any needs.
3. You’ll receive a curated itinerary in your email with links for all of your dining & activities recommendations with local tips. 

*Ideally, please contact us four to six weeks in advance. But we’re also available for last-minute visits!
